They are located 25 minutes from Cork city centre and cover the scenic east Cork/west Waterford region. 65% LA (of which 90% is dairy and seasonal) and 35% SA with hopes to expand further. One-in-four out of hours rota. VDS and VCI paid and CPD encouraged and funded. Company vehicle available.

Busy mixed practice, with VCI SA hospital accreditation, so you can have your day work in the area you are interested in – FA or SA or mixed. OOH will be cover for all their clients FA/SA no equine. Wednesday off after weekend on call. VCI/VDS fully funded. Mileage paid or vehicle can be supplied. They are an independent practice and an XLVets member. CPD is encouraged and funded.

Maternity Cove

Mulcair Veterinary Clinic, Newport, Tipperary, require a CA vet for maternity cover, with a possibility of part or full-time position after.

Their growing workload has resulted in their moving to a spacious modern premises with four consulting rooms, three theatres, digital xray, laboratory, separate cattery and dog kennels. Excellent skills in communication required, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Would suit someone with experience but all applications considered. Uniforms supplied, CPD, VCI and VDS paid for. Pay commensurate with experience.
